This amazing gel does so very many things.   We use it in conjunction with the Miracle II Soap in bathing our dogs, and ourselves!   After bathing in the soap, we spray the neutralizer on and leave it on.   We find the combination of the soap and this neutralizer gel works wonders with skin, hair, and has eliminated all itching and hot spots on our dogs.
